We held our monthly Muslim-Christian Dialogue event yesterday. The topic for discussion was what our respective faiths say about the importance of dialogue and some of the issues we face in the current climate surrounding these things. Below are the slides that I spoke from (which I didn’t present in the end due to a lack of a screen on which to present them).

At this point, I made clear what I had presented so far is specifically what the Bible says on this matter and what Christians are commanded to do. The following two slides are my particular views (drawn from Christian principles as I understand them) concerning some of the issues of the modern day to Christian dialogue. I was keen to make clear other Christian views exist and others may land differently but here was my particular view on dialogue in our current social, political and national context.
