One of the things we considered was who is called to go into world mission and how are they sent. Inevitably, we as individuals may have desires and a sense of calling to do particular things and reach particular people. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. The Lord works through means and our personalities and desires are one such means he uses.

But, of course, any of us can convince ourselves of anything. How do we really know we have been called to the work we have a burning desire to do? Taking our cue from Acts 13, listen to this short clip to find the answer and hear why there is no such thing as an independent missionary.
