At church this week, we were considering Acts 8:1b-25. It struck me that, very often, we pray for gospel growth but we rarely consider the actual implications of that request.

If we want the gospel to thrive… we are praying for the Lord to make us uncomfortable enough that the gospel may go out and grow.
