This is your periodic reminder that you can still purchase copies of Independent Eldership from Amazon and Grace Publications. It might be available at one of two Christian bookshops near you. I am still holding onto hope that one sweet day it will become available at 10ofthose.
The book is a case for Independent, elder-led, member-ruled congregational polity and, more specific, what elders are, what they do and how they operate within that form of church government. This book would serve eldership teams, function as a training manual for new and prospective elders, and also be helpful for thoughtful church members who want to understand not only what their elders do and how they should be doing it, but what their own particular responsibilities in the church are too. My hope is that it goes some way to helping churches function healthily.
You can read John Woods review of the book here in Evangelicals Now. You can read my silly fisking of that review here. You can buy copies of the book here and here and here and here. You can probably get it from a few other places too, but I suspect its worth checking all those links as they are prone to change prices and some of them are doing better offers than others!

Do you know why 10 of those aren’t stocking?
Can’t say I do. Feel free to mount a campaign 😂😂
My suspicion is that books on eldership don’t sell well generally
