I started feeling ill a couple of days ago and, to cut a story short, things have progressed. So, I wasn’t up to writing much yesterday. Hopefully normal service will resume tomorrow.

May the Lord be pleased to grant you recovery and fullness of strength that you might resume doing the work of the Lord. May He comfort you during this time of affliction as you remember that He always has the purpose in every affliction or sickness to conform His redeemed into Christ’s image, to grant us deeper humility, to cause us to long for the new heavens and new earth, to wean us from this things of this world, and to cause us to more diligently redeem the time.
