I was at this T4G and remember this specific discussion as if it was yesterday. What’s not shown on this video was also his reticence to be at a large conference like this – and our infatuation with drawing crowds to hear super pastors. A bit ironic saying that from the stage. But he later coined the phrase ‘Big Eva’ to describe this recent phenomenon, which has only grown over the years (at least here in the US).
