Multiculturalism, favouritism and the church

Favouritism is a live issue within the church. Wherever there are needs within the church there will be those who feel some are favoured over others. This was the case for the Early Church in Acts 6. The Hellenists in the Jerusalem church believed the Hebrews were favouring their own people in the daily distribution of food.

In this short clip, here how this sort of thing happens frequently in the church – even within my own church – and how both majority and minority culture people can help to address this problem.
